Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain types of goods cannot be returned (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or natural foraged items).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products (such as eBooks or online courses).
- Health and personal care products.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at contact@tribubarcenas.com with your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided in your order confirmation or by contacting us at contact@tribubarcenas.com.
- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
